If so, the international student dorm, of private ownership, offers you the possibility of finding the right accommodation.
The international student dorm offers the following accommodation categories:
Suite Apartment – 415 $/month
The apartment has a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, a balcony and a double bed (approx. 4 feet wide).
It is also possible to arrange a suite apartment for two people and have two single beds instead of one double bed. The rent for the suite apartment would be divided in half.
Suite Room – 380 $/month
The suite room is part of a shared apartment by two or three students. This means that you have to share the apartment at least with one more person. The suite room has a bedroom with a double bed (approx. 4 feet wide) and a personal bathroom. The apartment has a dining/living room, a balcony and a kitchen.
It is also possible to arrange a suite room for two people and have two single beds instead of one double bed. The rent for the suite room would be divided in half.
Single Room (big) –325 $/month
The single room (big) has one bedroom with a double bed (approx. 4 feet wide). You have to share the bathroom, the kitchen, the living quarters and the balcony with at least one more person.
It is also possible to arrange a single room for two people and to have two single beds instead of one double bed. The rent for the single room would be divided into half.
Single Room (small) – 295 $/month
The single room (small) has one bedroom with a double bed (approx. 3 feet wide). You have to share the bathroom, the kitchen, the living quarters and the balcony with at least one more person.
It is not possible to share the single room (small) with a roommate.

- Satellite TV.
- Caretakers on-site.
